The people’s governments at all levels (county, city and district), and every department and unit of Jiaxing Municipal Government:
In recent years, with the accelerating of Jiaxing’s opening to the outside world, more and more foreign experts are coming to work in Jiaxing, which has greatly promoted the development of such fields as economy, culture, science and technology, education and health. A decision on honoring 16 foreign experts such as Jeremy John Turzanski with Nanhu Friendship Prize has been passed at the 4th executive meeting of the 6th Jiaxing Municipal Government. It has two purposes: one is to commend those foreign experts who had scored outstanding achievements in all kinds of causes in Jiaxing, and the other is to encourage them to serve better for the economic construction and social development.
